From I-95 North:
As you reach the Downtown area, exit at Prudential Drive. You are on South Main Street; cross over Prudential Drive and go to the next light at Mary Street. Turn right on to Mary Street then right into the garage area and up the ramp to the left (see Parking Garage Directions below).

From I-95 South:
Cross over the Fuller Warren Bridge (Beaches/Southside); stay in right lane and exit at #108 to San Marco Boulevard. Go to 2nd light and turn left on San Marco Boulevard. Go to 3rd light and turn right on Mary Street. Take Mary Street and travel under the overpasses; after last overpass, Suddath Building is on the right, the parking garage is attached to the building. Turn right off of Mary Street into the garage area and go up the ramp to the left (see Parking Garage Directions below).

From Downtown Jacksonville:
Main Street Bridge - exit Prudential Drive (1st exit off bridge); travel to the 2nd traffic light and turn left on Mary Street. Travel under the overpasses through next intersection; Suddath Building is on the right, the parking garage is attached to the building. Turn right off of Mary Street into the garage area and go up the ramp to the left (see Parking Garage Directions below).

Acosta Bridge - get in far right lane and exit at San Marco Boulevard exit (1st exit off bridge). At light, turn left on Prudential Drive, travel under the overpass, at 3rd light turn left on South Main Street. Go two blocks and turn right on to Mary Street. Turn right off of Mary Street into the garage area and go up the ramp to the left (see Parking Garage Directions below).

Parking Garage Directions:
Turn left up the ramp (sign says Visitor Parking). Pull a ticket which will lift the gate. At the top of the ramp (2nd floor) turn right into the garage and look to the left. All 4 rows of parking on the left side of the drive as you actually enter the 2nd floor are visitor parking and are marked as such. If these are full, go to the 3rd floor parking deck. Our firm has spaces 3070 & 3111-3117 in the southeast corner (far upper left) of the 3rd floor level if all 36 visitor spaces on the 2nd floor are full. Bring the ticket to our receptionist and exchange it for a token to use as you leave the garage.
